Recruiters, here's a ChatGPT tip you can use to help you better pre-screen candidates.

A lot of this you may already know, but sometimes you may be working on a role that you're not too familiar with, especially in tech, and need a little help.

Whilst ideally you'd get these types of questions from your hiring manager, this doesn't always happen - here's where ChatGPT can help.

Obviously tailor it to your tech stack or role requirements but you get the idea!

I inputted this prompt into ChatGPT:

"I'm a tech recruiter, obviously I'm not a Java Developer, but I do need to speak to Java developers and assess their suitability for interview with a hiring manager.

What are some example questions I can ask Java Developer candidates over the phone and what should I be listening out for to determine if they're suitable?"
